Join us over the beautiful St. Johns River up on the Flight Deck of the Navy’s USS Orleck as we train to become our own best protectors. This hands-on self-defense class will cover situational awareness, criminal and defensive mindsets, targets and personal weapons for fighting smarter, powerful strikes, escapes and more.

• Class is open to males and females ages 16 and over
• Participants will need to sign a waiver to participate
• Students must be able to climb a ladder to reach the ship’s flight deck
• Class will be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather
