CALLING ALL RUNNERS!!! The “Charlie Deuce” is planning to participate in Gate River Run, March 15, and we’re looking for runners that would like to join Team “BRING HOME THE ADAMS!” If you are already registered for the race, preferably as part of seeded Wave One, and would like to be a part of something fun and memorable, please contact Carey Helper at [email protected]. This run will be about having fun and raising awareness for the museum, so we are looking for runners that are willing to forgo a competitive race time.
Not a runner, but you would still like to help The USS ADAMS Museum. We need volunteers to help us hand out BRING HOME THE ADAMS wristbands and Sailor hats at the Runner’s Expo March 12 and 13 at the Jacksonville Fair Grounds.
